How to Reset Password?
Forgetting your password is no problem with Contakt. Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Step 1 - Open the Contakt Website Link
Go to the Contakt website using your browser, or open the Contakt website link on your mobile device.
Click this link. https://app.contakt-ph.com/ and you will be redirected to the company login page. If you are a customer, select the "Log In as User" button. If you are an employee, select the "Log In as Company" button instead.
Step 2 - Click the Forgot Password Link
On the company login page, click the "Forgot Password" link then you will be directed to the reset password page.
Step 3 - Enter your Registered Email Address
Enter your registered email address, then click the "Send Reset Link" button and check your mailbox for a password reset email link.
Step 4 - Create a New Password
Once you receive the reset email, click the link to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password, then click the "Reset Password" button.
Then it will display a message
Once you reset a password, you can now log in to your account and view the user account dashboard.
Step 5 - Contact Support
If you're unable to reset your password using the above methods, contact Contakt support for assistance.
