Forgetting your password is no problem with Contakt. Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Go to the Contakt website using your browser, or open the Contakt website link on your mobile device.
Click this link. and you will be redirected to the company login page. If you are a customer, select the "Log In as User" button. If you are an employee, select the "Log In as Company" button instead.
On the company login page, click the "Forgot Password" link then you will be directed to the reset password page.
Enter your registered email address, then click the "Send Reset Link" button and check your mailbox for a password reset email link.
Once you receive the reset email, click the link to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password, then click the "Reset Password" button.
Then it will display a message
Once you reset a password, you can now log in to your account and view the user account dashboard.
