How to edit confirmation forms?

Step 1 - On the left side bar navigate to Loyalty Card and click Manage Store then click manage forms.

Step 2 - A pop up will now show regarding list of forms then click Actions column with the three dots to edit the desired form.

Step 3 - Editor will now pop up for user to edit the design of the confirmation form. Fill out necessary inputs and don't forget to save.
