1. Under Payroll System, click Time in/out monitoring. Then click "Cash Advance Approval".
REMINDER: Updating the disbursement only for the request to be "Approved", no need to update the disbursement period if intended to reject the request.
2. Before managing the cash advance request, you need to update the Disbursement period. Click the three dot, then click "Edit".
3. Set the disbursement period then click "Update Cash Advance".
4. After updating, we're good to go to manage and approve the request.
After approval all request will displayed here. The request will be placed in designated tab depends on request status.
