Step 1 - On the left side bar navigate to Loyalty Card and Manage Store then clicked Map Cards to Tiers.
Step 2 - A prompt will pop up to select which cards will be on free and paid tier. Once selected there will be a notification indicating settings for card subscription has now been selected. If nothing shows try resetting selection by click it again.
