How to Time In/Out?

Welcome to the Contakt system! This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to Time In and Out, ensuring accurate tracking of your work hours.

Step 1 - Tap or Scan your Contakt Card or

Step 3 - Select Time In/Out

  • On the employee Contakt card, locate the action button below and select the "Time In/Out" button, where the employee can input their time in and out record.

  • On the time in/out page, click the "Submit Time In" button to record your start of work hours. You will be prompted to send a photo to complete the time in record.

  • On the submit photo page, click the "Capture Image" button. You can also switch the camera based on your preference.

  • Once you have captured a photo, you can choose to retake it if needed. Otherwise, click "Submit Time In" to automatically add it to your record.

  • After you submit your time-in record, you will be taken to the Time In/Out Record page. Here, you can view your entire time in/out history by clicking the "View History" button. To add your time-out record, simply click the "Submit Time In" button.

Step 4 - Add Time Out Record

  • To add your time out record, click the "Submit Time Out" button.

  • On the submit time out page, click the "Capture Image" button. You can also switch the camera based on your preference.

  • Once you have captured a photo, you can choose to retake it if needed. Otherwise, click "Submit Time Out" to automatically add it to your record.

  • After you successfully submit your time-out record, you will be taken to the Time In/Out Record page. Here, you can view your entire time in/out history by clicking the "View History" button.
