How to use the auto fill for missed time out?

Prerequisites:

  • The logged in account must have any of the following access level:

    • Owner

    • HR Admin

  • The user must be on the Time In/Out Monitoring page.

  • There must be an Employee with a missed time out.

Instructions:

  1. Click the Auto Fill Missed Time Out button.

  2. Choose either Auto Half Day or Default Time Out.

  3. Log in the Employee with a missed time out and go to the Card page.

  4. Click the Action button.

  5. Click the Time In/Out button.
